Please submit ONE application only to avoid duplicates and ensure all details — especially your contact email — are accurate. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted by a Second Life representative. If you do not hear back from us, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion. Please also note that if you are applying within two weeks of the event, we are likely already at full capacity. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice. Payment must be settled within 3 days to confirm your stall. Your stall is not confirmed until payment has been received. As we maintain a waiting list, any unpaid stalls after 3 days may be offered to other applicants. Please ensure you select the correct stall size when applying. Once a stall is confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to change stall sizes or issue refunds due to a change of mind. We look forward to reviewing your application.
