Please submit ONE application only to avoid duplicates and ensure all details, especially your contact email, are accurate. You will receive a notification if your application is accepted. Please note that due to an overwhelming amount of applications, if you do not hear back from a Second Life representative please consider your application to have not been successful this time around. If you are applying within 2 weeks of the event we are likely already at capacity. If accepted, you must settle your invoice within 3 days of receiving to confirm your stall. Your stall is not confirmed until payment is made. We have a waiting list for stalls, unpaid stalls will be re-offered to those waiting for a place after 3 days. Please ensure you select the correct stall size. Once your stall is confirmed we are not able to change sizes or reissue payments and refunds for a change of mind.
